As a women-led business, we strive to support, lift and amplify all women. We seek out diverse and underrepresented voices.

We work to a stakeholder model

Through our clients we work to reduce waste sent to landfills, promote upcycling and recycling, campaign to end plastic pollution, advance equity, diversity and inclusion, build circular economy models, support ethical supply chains and supply chain transparency.

Through our pro-bono work we campaign for a fairer, greener, more sustainable fashion industry. We support Cruelty Free International to end animal testing. We are active members of the Cambridge Judge Business School Wo+men’s Leadership Centre and we give our time and expertise to local community groups.
