When B Corp Month, Women’s History Month, Neurodiversity Week and International Women’s Day collide!

March has been a whirlwind of action and advocacy for us as sustainability consultants. With B Corp Month, International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month and Neurodiversity week all in the mix, this month our voices have been louder than ever. From inspiring CEO breakfasts to engaging B Corp panels and empowering International Women’s Day conferences, we've been fully immersed in events that ignite our passion for making a difference.

A round up of events:

Uncommon Panel

Uncommon is a B Corp that provides sustainable spaces for likeminded individuals to work in. Aisling attended their B Corp Breakfast to take a deep dive into the B Impact Assessment, new accreditation laws and tangible ideas on how businesses can become a force for good.

CEW International Women’s Day

CEW UK hosted a B Corp Month panel full of amazing people in which Cyd’s Co-Founder Aisling was asked to moderate. The conversation focused on everything it means to be a B Corp and celebrated new ways of doing business for good.

Cambridge WO+MEN'‘s talk

Hosted by the WO+MEN’s Leadership Centre, Aisling was invited to the Cambridge Judge Business school for an opportunity to get acquainted with all the latest research and progress regarding their commitment to driving the gender equality agenda.

B Corp x Neurodiversity Week

From in person to online, Aisling was invited by B Corp UK to speak on their Neurodiversity Week x B Corp Month LinkedIn panel. An excellent opportunity for Aisling to amplify her voice as a neurodivergent leader and understand the perspectives of others within the B Corp community.

WOCGN Trailblaze event

As a mentor for the Women of Colour Global Network, our CEO Jenn was invited to be part of their trailblaze panel discussion which provided advice and practical tips on wellbeing, work-life balance and fostering resilience to women of colour advancing their careers.

The Guardian B Corp Panel

In 2019, The Guardian was one of the first major international news organisations to become B Corp certified! As a B Leader, Aisling was invited to share her knowledge and opinions on all things sustainability as part of their B Corp Month activities.

B Corp CEO Breakfast

To celebrate B Corp Month, Cyd’s CEO attended a breakfast panel with other CEOs from across the UK B Corp movement. A chance to share and discuss how the B Corp community can move forward, together.
